The cocktail celebrated its 200th Birthday last year and is ready to see out the next 200 years.Encore Liquid Therapy Sessions Cocktail Classes At Encore we offer you a variety of cocktails from the classics to our own creations made with premium Spirits, fresh juices and a lot of love mixed in from our experienced Bar staff. There has always been a cloud of Mystery surrounding the Bar & Cocktails. We would like to take this opportunity to show you the tricks of the trade when it comes to making some very tasty cocktails.
